This has been an interesting year in Real Estate. Foreclosures still dominate the market, still people are loosing their homes, short sales seem to be loosing up a little but for a lot of home owners it's a little too late.
We hear in the Media that banks want to help homeowners but in the real world we don't see this happening.
We hope that next year will be better and our real estate market will get back to what we used to think was "normal".
One thing is for sure...we are all working harder than ever to help people whatever their situation. For some it's trying to hold on and stay in their homes. For others it's taking advantage of the lower interest rates and lower prices....
